1 General Provisions & Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kr999 platform and all its services. By using kr999's website, mobile version, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the kr999 platform.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information
2.1 Registration Process
To create an account at kr999, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The information you provide at registration must be truthful, up-to-date, and correct. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account with a third party is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to kr999 as soon as you become aware of it.
kr999 will never ask for your password for any reason. If someone identifies themselves as a kr999 representative and asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent activity and notify the support team immediately.
3 Age Verification & Eligibility to Participate
To participate on kr999, you must be at least 21 years of age. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.
- If online gaming is legally prohibited in the jurisdiction where you reside, you are not eligible to use this platform.
- Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming for mental health reasons may not open an account.
- Officers, employees of kr999 and their immediate family members shall refrain from participating on the platform.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kr999 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the account tier and verification status.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.
4.4 Transaction Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, kr999 may request additional documents in accordance with identity verification and anti-money laundering policies. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption technology.
If a withdrawal is requested immediately after a deposit without playing any games, kr999 reserves the right to review that transaction. Using an account solely to access payment facilities without any genuine gaming activity on the platform is not permitted.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Conditions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Conditions
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — if wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- A bonus applies only once per person, household, address, or device.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
- kr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
- Any attempt to exploit bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
The outcome of all games displayed on kr999 is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the result of every game is completely impartial and unpredictable.
6.2 Responsibility in Play
Gaming is a form of entertainment. kr999 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Do not bet beyond your means. Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
6.3 Technical Issues & Dispute Resolution
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, kr999 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, please contact the support team. kr999's decision shall be considered final in all matters.
In sports betting markets, kr999 only accepts bets on events that are conducted legitimately. Bets placed on suspicious or fixed events may be voided.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kr999 platform:
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
- Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to their terms for strategic gain.
- Attempting to profit by taking advantage of any technical error on the platform.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 kr999's Rights
kr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- If age verification fails or documents are not submitted.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent financial activity.
- To comply with a regulatory authority's directive or legal requirement.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the kr999 support team. Any available balance will be returned subject to all pending wagering conditions being met.
